Description:
Plant for production of 3,000 Nm³/h oxygen with a purity of min. 99, 5 %-mol. O2. In the following please find our budgetary proposal of a second hand air separation plant, manufactured by Air Liquide, Engineering by A.L.E.C. Canada.
The air separation plant is located in South – Europe, operating with 50 Hz. The plant was started-up in 1976 and was in operation till end of December 1999.
The particular features of the proposed air separation plant are the design and the completeness of the plant and the excellent technical conditions for production of oxygen( LOX).
Additional to your inquiry the plant is able to produce 80 Nm³/h pure argon. Therefore some quantities of H2 are needed for further purification. Since this plant has for the Main Compressors radiator coolers, those radiators have to be re-calculated and adapted to local maximum ambient temperature conditions.
1 PROCESS DESIGN BASIS

3 SELLER’S SCOPE OF SUPPLY :
We will supply the following equipment and the following services:

Air compressor unit including motor, lubrication system,intercooler, filter, separator and heat exchanger, radiator coolers
Molsieve drier station including regeneration system
Refrigeration unit including cooler

Liquefier Unit
Cold Box
Expander section
Silencers
Instrument air drier station
Argon purification unit including DEOXO reactor, drier stationand heat exchangers
Valves and instruments
Control system
Interconnecting piping within battery limits
Steel structure consisting of pipe racks, ladders, platforms, channels and pipe supports
Electrical cabling
Ø Dismantling of the air separation plant
Ø Packing and preparation for transportation
Ø Transportation of the plant equipment CIP Serov
Ø Insurance for transportation for the plant in amount to …???. ( upon request )
Ø Rockwool for new insulation of the cold box, approx. 70 tons, according to German standard LS 152-01
Ø General overhauling of valves and instrumentation after dismantling
Ø New pipe material for interconnecting piping within battery limits of the plant
Ø Primer, protection materials and special tools for re-erection
Ø Re-erection of the air separation plant at Serov site
Ø Supervision services for dismantling, re-erection, instrument check-out, commis-sioning, start-up and operator training
Ø Optionally supply of cryogenic storage tanks for oxygen, nitrogen and argon
Ø Optionally supply of vaporisers and filling station for oxygen, nitrogen and argon.
5.1 The total PRICE includes :

- Supervision during re-erection
- Supervision for adjustment and start-up
- Rockwool for insulation

In case of exclusions of SELLER’s scope of supply the total price can be adjusted accordingly. The given take out prices of the respective positions can be deducted from the total prices.
5.2 OPTIONALLY PRICES
