Dear Sir,

Price of new Factory:  about 7 Million Euro (equivalent to about 8.8 Mio USD)

Price of Factory from site:  2.120 Mio Euro (equivalent to about 2.67 Mio USD)

Price in USD to Euro = exchange rate at date of fulfillment of contract

Dismantling at site:  about 150,000.– to 200,000.– Euro

Shipment to port at customer’s country:  3,000.—to 5,000.– Euro per Container (number of containers is related to the volume of the dismantled factory)

Customs and insurances have to be done by customer himself

The concrete wall factory operated and is currently installed at site in North-Europe

For the costs of the reconstruction of the machinery at a new site it has to be calculated about 100,000.-Euro (this also would come up for a new factory)

Costs for specific infrastructure at new site and additional buildings have to be paid by customer (as for a new factory too)

We offer teaching and instruction of customer’s own staff at new site by experienced experts in this business. Costs to this are naturally related to the time customer needs this support, additionally  he has to pay for travelling and hotel expenses for this / these teaching expert / s

If customer asks for teaching his staff and management in other language than German or English he has to take care of a competent translator at his site

With our strong support the customer can start fast to produce concrete walls of European quality at his site

The customer has an opportunity with this which he cannot find every day again.

Please let him know that if there is a need of more than 5 containers we will take further costs for more containers.
